Michael Mangelson represents the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office as Intellectual Property Attaché responsible for advocating U.S. IPR interests, policies and initiatives in China. Michael also follows IPR developments in Taiwan for USPTO. Michael works closely with U.S. stakeholders on IPR protection and enforcement issues and coordinates with U.S. government agencies and foreign counterparts to resolve IP concerns, promote U.S. IP policy, and encourage effective IP protection and enforcement.
